SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • International Shipping: We currently only ship to the United States. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

At Growtopia Mushrooms Inc. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

 

1. Returns

  • 30 days satisfaction guarantee - If you are not completely satisfied in the first 30 days after receiving the order contact us and we will send you your money back.

 

2. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@Growtopiamushrooms.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-14 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, or items returned after the 30-day window).

 

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanging Items: If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Support@growtopiamushrooms.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement product.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you and offer you the option of a refund or an exchange for a different product.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Issues: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Support@growtopiamushrooms.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Replacement or Refund: We will replace the item or issue a refund for damaged or defective products, including the cost of return shipping.

 

6. Sale Items

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
